===== The Del'Amore Family Curse =====
Following the chaos brought on by the first appearance of the Forest, most historical records were lost, and the habit of record-keeping saw sporadic practice in the ensuing decades of war and struggle that followed. As such, not much is known about the lineage of the family that would become House Del'Amore. In the void of lost knowledge, superstitions grew in abundance. This time of uncertainty, confusion, and a string of unfortunate incidents led to rumors of a curse to spread among the common folk. While the noble house was largely able to provide stability and prosperity in their lands, most mysterious tragedies would eventually be disregarded as part of the Del'Amore Family curse.

Over time, many groups formed their own understanding of what the Curse entailed, but a few consistencies can be found among almost all of them:
  * Members of the family are destined to die in mysterious or tragic ways
  * The matriarch of the family is likely to die in childbirth
    * If the child survives, they are likely a locus of the curse, causing significant tragedy wherever they go
