Changeling says that if Lucretia managed to touch her, it would have broke everything everyone had been working on building up

Dorian tries to ask who she works for, but gets back the same painful obfuscation

Tim noticed the golden eyes had a brassy line the went from the pupil through the iris. The ones from the force possessing the Changeling and the woman in time were mirrored to each other

She says her job is to keep an eye on everyone in the valley. Have to make sure "everything goes smooth".

She doesn't know why we can see her, but she doesn't to be forced to stay and find out before her PTO

Avery is out of sorts for a bit as her divination magic is trying to make sense of the time reversal Tim did

We asked what the experiment was, but didn't get a straight answer

We try to get her to agree to work with us. She says that if we find ourselves "in the corpse, in the library", to look something up for her

Dorian notices that he can feel threads around the Changeling, like there's an invisible shroud around her
  * Tim notices he can see a similar fabric to when he fell back through time, but just for a moment

Xander asks why she calls it "the corpse", she says that's what it's called for them

Changeling opens up
  * Says everyone plays their part, whether they know it or not
  * Her job is to "maintain the station". To watch and report
    * The book is key to her not having to deal with this anymore
    * It's a personal thing to help her
  * She doesn't go into the forest
  * She is not on any team that goes into the corpse, implying there are other teams
  * It seems her job is tied to her being who she is right now somehow. She enjoys what she has, and her job is somehow tied to it
  * If they find out we can see them, they extract everything they can out of us and she implies things end very poorly for us
  * Tell Mary that the Changeling still has the book
  * Refers to her replacement as "Indie"
  * The valley is "bad" and does not get "good attention"
  * She really hate bugs, and moths specifically.

She warns us that we need to keep an eye out on who is in our camp

Tim notices there was a familiarity in the figure's face who was holding the threads
  * Maybe a Del'Amore?

Our carpenter, Joselyn Carver, bloomed once before
  * Used to be a Forester, felt compelled to go into the Forest. Her leg bloomed, and she had to have it amputated
  * She still wants to go to the Forest, is willing to help us with our Blooming research
  * Her Forester lodge was less friendly with blooming and the Whistlers. Cutting off a limb is quite extreme
